…blessed is she that believed, for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord (Luke 1:45).
Talking about wisdom in Proverbs 4:8, the Bible tells us, “Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.” God’s Word is God’s wisdom. When the Word of God is shared with you from the Scriptures, it’s Wisdom that’s speaking to you and addressing you at that moment.
Wisdom, as the Scriptures tell us, cries out in the streets, yet many ignore her voice (Proverbs 1:20-25). That’s why there’re many in the world today who are poor; for Wisdom says, “Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. I lead in the way of righteouSness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance, and I will fill their treasures.” (Proverbs 8:18-21).
This should make you give more attention to the Word—the Wisdom of God. Let the Word of God dwell in you richly in all wisdom (Colossians 3:16). Riches and honour—durable riches and righteousness—are in the Word of God (the Wisdom of God). So always act on the Word.
Become wisdom-conscious and He’ll show you visions of the steps you should take to multiply your resources. Wisdom will make you creative and innovative. That’s what the Bible says: “I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions” (Proverbs 8:12). Blessed be God!
Also, learn to speak wisdom. The Bible says, “Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect…” (1 Corinthians 2:6). Speaking wisdom is speaking the Word, speaking in agreement with God.
